The Millefeuille ecosystem is a software suite with a strong emphasis on cardiac microstructure that include:

    • Millefeuille extractor (done)

    • Millefeuille calculator (done)

    • Millefeuille segmentator (on going)

  • Charlotte Demeret is joining the team

Charlotte Demeret is doing her master 2 internship over the spring-summer 2026 period at Liryc. In collaboration with Jairo Rodrigez Padilla (INRIA) and Julie Magat (Université de Bordeaux), she will develop new high-resolution MRI acquisition and image processing tools for the creation of new digital electrophysiology models for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. We welcome her to Bordeaux.

  • A blog article has been published in 'Le journal du CNRS' on our latest work.

Our article ‘New analytical and hybrid heat transfer models for thermal ablation procedures validated by MRI thermometry’ has been accepted at International Journal of Hyperthermia. A related blog article has been published in ‘Le journal du CNRS’.
