    Eya Ben Amor is doing her master 2 internship over the spring-summer 2026 season at CRMSB. In collaboration with I2M (Bordeaux) and LMU (Munich), she will develop new workflow and image processing tools for the creation of thermal numerical models for the treatment of liver tumors. We welcome her to Bordeaux.

  • Pre-Release-Of-Software-Suite-MilleFeuille

    The Millefeuille ecosystem is a software suite with a strong emphasis on cardiac microstructure that include:

    • Millefeuille extractor (done)

    • Millefeuille calculator (done)

    • Millefeuille segmentator (on going)

    • Millefeuille predictor (starting)

    Millefeuille Services, a private (to be open source after publication) branch focused on the study of structural heterogeneities associated with cardiac arrhythmia.

  • Charlotte Demeret is joining the team

    Charlotte Demeret is doing her master 2 internship over the spring-summer 2026 season at Liryc. In collaboration with Jairo Rodrigez Padilla (INRIA) and Julie Magat (Université de Bordeaux), she will develop new high-resolution MRI acquisition and image processing tools for the creation of new digital electrophysiology models for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. We welcome her to Bordeaux.

  • Organising and Attending the 1st Low-Field MRI conference in Bordeaux

    The 1st International Conference on the Use of Low and Ultra-low Field MRI for Cohort Imaging in Neuroepidemiology is organised by my lab (the CRMSB) and the VBHI. This conference will be held in Bordeaux from 25 to 26 November 2025.

  • Attending the RJRFRR-2026 conference in Bordeaux

    The annual conference of the “Journées du réseau français de recherche reproductible” RJRFRR was in Bordeaux. A focus was done on the transactional package manager GNU Guix. We thanks the organiser for the nice practical course on grid’5000 computers.

  • The team is presenting five abstracts at the ESMRMRB conference in Marseille

    The biannual conference of the European Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology ESMRMB will be held in Marseille from 8 to 11 October 2025. The following five contributions will be presented:
