The team is presenting five abstracts at the ESMRMRB conference in Marseille
The biannual conference of the European Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology ESMRMB will be held in Marseille from 8 to 11 October 2025. The following five contributions will be presented:
- Extensive experimental validation through MRI thermometry of hybrid model for bioheat transfer in microwave ablation of liver and reconstruction of the temperature field near the needle by Ida Burgers
- PHYSICS-INFORMED TEMPERATURE FIELD RECONSTRUCTION IN THERMAL ABLATION VALIDATED USING MRI THERMOMETRY by Mariana De Melo Antunes.
- Magnetic resonance thermometry validation of bioheat transfer model for lesion size prediction in liver tumor microwave ablation procedures by Nino Avetikovi.
- by Dr. Manon Desclides.
- A subvoxel correction of boiling-induced susceptibility artifacts in magnetic resonance thermometry and dosimetry for monitoring microwave thermoablation presented by myself. PG262
